• ELAICH is a EU-funded project developed by experts in their field. Participants in an ELAICH course not only develop awareness of the value of cultural heritage, but may also contribute to the conservation of a site under the supervision of the conservators and leading conservation scientists (monitoring roles).

• The programme is targeting enthusiastic young students, educated and passionate about their heritage who are eager to contribute to their community and to the preservation of cultural heritage.

• Upon the completion of an ELAICH course these students may be helpful in actual preservation of cultural heritage, e.g. monitoring, through the ELAICH e-learning platform.

• NGOs administering cultural heritage sites seeking valuable human resources will find it an advantage to have helpers who have been in the ELAICH program.
